Sparkling wine with a mean ageing time of 15 months in bottle. After the disgorging stage, 7 gr./l. of sugar are added to give this product its distinct smoothness in the mouth. On the nose, it combines the aromatic scent of ageing with all the varietal nuances of the base wine.
